Hi, any o2 people available here to help me?
I ordered a new SIM on 29th October and it was despatched the following day. I am moving to o2, currently have a giffgaff account.
I have still not received my SIM although I have received my bill from o2, which is a nice touch considering I haven't activated my SIM.
I can't find any way to contact someone about this, hopefully someone can contact me to sort through this forum.
