Private callers

[Hi6]

Hi, I've unchecked the block private number option on samsung s10 but it's not worked everything I get a call from a private number it goes straight to voicemail. 

Help, the hospital are unable to reach me as they always call from a private number.

You may need to reboot the handset, following unblocking private numbers, and ensure you follow the guide from google

And also check these settings

Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Call Settings>Call Rejection>Auto Reject List, and make sure Unknown is  unchecked.
