Please can my account be placed on hold for just a few more days longer than today? My bank card is still not with me and the bank have sent me another one. It will be with me in 3 working days.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
