I signed up for a new O2 pay monthly contract on Thursday 2nd April 2020. Also, i set up a myO2 account the same day, however, i havent been able to load my account. Everytime i login to myO2, it gives me an error It looks like something's gone wrong. Im using Samsung s20 plus and i reinstalled the app but still doesnt load the page. I used google chrome but still doesnt work. Tried in on my laptop (safari and google chrome) but i receive the same error message. Can someone fix this for me please? Thank you!
