Hi, I have a switch up option and upgraded from 15 pro max to 16 pro max as-usual they delayed delivery. I sent back the old device. But these people are trying to loot 895 pounds that were added to my account bill. And saying the recycling team should resolve this issue. When I waited 30 minutes on a call, the recycling team said they could not access my account and transferred me back to the customer service team. It is been happening for the last 2 months. Someone put a payment plan in my account. And now my credit rating is affected. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life.
