Changing my address details online

Anonymous
Not applicable

Anybody have any idea how I can change my address details online when I only have a Pay as you Go phone?  Have tried to follow instructions on My O2 but they are obviously for monthly contracts! Live chat seems to have packed up completely so can't try that. The only reason I know my address is wrong is because I tried to order something and when me delivery address came up it was an old one and it gave me no option to edit it!  My address details are not listed anywhere on my O2?  I'm tearing my hair out, have no landline available to call at the moment & my mobile is playing up, hence trying to order a new one!

Only by calling customer service or maybe try in store

Hi @Anonymous, happy New Year. slight_smile I wanted to check as it's been a few days now if you managed to sort out your address changes in the end?

Delivery address cannot be changed with a PAYG SIM when upgrading to monthly contract. Will only be sent to the original purchase address." Chat" unable to help - Suggested email account changes {x3} that did not help.

Answer seem to be to loose my long-standing mobile number & start fresh.

You will notice the advice is to call not chat.
