Hello,
My name is Ioannis Serdaris. I have an account with o2. I have mistakenly entered the wrong password and after I changed my password in order to sign in, I need to enter a code that you will send me in my mobile phone. However, as I have not paid for some time I do not have access to my messages and phone calls, and I want to sign in my account in order to repay all my debt, as well as canceling my phone number. Could you please help in order for me to repay you as soon as possible?
