Cancelling account

I’d like to cancel my account. To login to my account I needed to have a code sent to my number, but I already have a new number and discarded my old SIM card (I moved overseas).

You need to contact o2 to cancel the contract,  Guide: Cancelling Your Contract  and use Skype or your phone and call +44 800 902 0217
