Android app states unavailable on my device on Google play store

On the Google Play Store in UK the app doesn't show up when searched for and if I access it through Google it tells me it's incompatible with my device, I'm running Android 12 and have a Motorola Edge 20 Lite (not on O2, trying to access app for my SIM only stuff)

Is your device rooted at all? 

Just searched for it on my Non o2 phones and it shows up.  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.o2.android.myo2

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Nope, stock android 12, not done anything to it

You mentioned Google Play UK. 

Is the phone in the UK or registered in the UK? 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
