O2 Customer Support

What is it with O2 recently?  3 times now I have started chat sessions only to be disconnected due to "technical difficulties" before I have resolved my problem.  They used to be so good but don't seem to care anymore.

Try calling instead ?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Anonymous

Welcome to the forum. Re Live chat, we have had a number of people complaining about being disconnected since O2 had the network outage last week. O2 are assuring us the service has returned to normal but many people are complaining it certainly has not.

Is there anything we can help with? As long as it isnt an account issue as we have no access to account details

Definitely call them, dial 202 but unless u call them super early it's a possible delay in answering. We usually suggest trying at 8:30am so as not to be on hold waiting for an answer!
