Hi,
Because on 02 they are not.... for Payg , £0.15p per call, but are included in your allowances on most pay monthly tariffs when in the Uk.
Dial 1760 to switch if off and 1750 to switch it on

Ho B-O-B
I use voicemail when I'm working as I'm a driver so cannot respond to the phone. When I'm not working I like to turn it off.
Recently, I tried the above mantioned numbers but all I get is "Call Ended" and no recorded message / voicemail is still ON.
I assumed the numbers must have been changed but have not been able to find info. Seeing the subject posted reminded me, so I just tried it again & still no response from the 1760 (turn off) number.
Is it me / my settings causing this? (I'm pay monthly)
Dave

Do you have TuGo installed as voicemail is an integral part of it and cannot be disabled with current versions.

Hi Jonsie
Sorry, I've not been back sooner ..........
I did have TuGo installed but decided it wasn't need so removed it.
Could it be that it's still registered?

If i remember correctly users were being advised to log out of tugo before deleting it.
