unusable internet in sandal, west yorkshire

for years the signal in sandal has been terrible, o2 does nothing to fix it, one bar of 4G at most, highest speed 1mbps, it is impossible to watch videos on my phone in this area, how do i make o2 sort this out. this area is only ONE MILE from a city centre

Some very amusing comments in this thread! Revamping the planning system to just ignore particular views, if only it were that simple! Poor coverage in rural areas should be expected - some networks have historically thought so, but do you want to tell residents in rural areas they should expect a second class service?

Site sharing is a very complex subject - all operators have their own equipment, historically VF/O2 have shared a single-grid but it's nowhere near as simple now. New sites do generally require full LPA consent.

Three and EE use different network infrastructure, so have a look at them or some Virtual Networks like Spusu (EE), LycaMobile (EE) or Smarty (three)

Or get some PAYG sims and have a play around
