hello , i would like to get a refund of my £10 top up money as this has happened three times in a row now. i thought in the last few months there was a technical issue, i’ve been topping up for £10 and ive never actually recieved any data when i’m meant to get 7gb, i topped up 2 days ago and i just checked as my data stopped working AGAIN and my balance says i’ve got £2 left . My data keeps switching off within 15 minutes when i turn it on and says i got no data left when i’ve not used up any. It’s been happening for 2 months and my service is awful with o2 recently . Id like to get my £10 back for this month as i literally topped up 2 days ago and switch to another provider.
