i'm trying to navigate the 202 number so i can speak to an actual person about upgrading to the essential plan.
how do i navigate the menu to get to where i need to?

none of the options seem like the right one and i've already wasted 15 minutes

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

I would choose the option to leave, as it might be easier..

 

And just be very aware of this line 
If you're already with us, you'll need to wait until you’re eligible to upgrade before you can move to Essential Plan.
