can anyone tell me how the hell i can talk to a real life person i rang the number and after over half listening to some terrible music if thats what its called some one answered and told me i needed a different department and put me through to another line and ive now being waiting over two hours with no response , this is totally unacceptable. i have just purchased a new device and it still not arrived and i cant get hold of anyone to help and the automated customer services are a waste of time two.

Probably an issue with stock
O2 don't operate a live stock system so ignore if the website says the phone is in stock
