the main reason I don't use o2 as my default email account is that I can't get the Rich Text Editor to work - I checked out the Help and it said about going into Internet Options and enabling something, so I went and it was already enabled: I use Rich Text in Yahoo and Freecycle, but for some reason it won't work in o2 - when I switch it on, I get half a page of toolbars, none of which does anything.
Does anyone else have this prob and if so, have they found a way round it?
as it is, I only use o2 for getting online, which is a bit of a waste!
I took a screenshot, but don't know how to include it to show what I get

What version of internet explorer are you using?
Have you tried i.e. in compatability mode that fixes it for me

in ie 9 i have to put compatability mode on or rich text toolbar is not visable
should have been ie not i.e.
