which my Blackkberry needs in order to set up my wi-fi? Where would I find it? Is it the passphrase or the WPS PIN, both of which are on the label on my Virgin Hub?

Its not the WPS PIN as that is used to easily connect WPS enabled devices to your WiFi. The Passphrase is likely the password to get into the admin console for your router.
Is there a WEP or WPA key?

No there's nothing else printed on the label. I'll try the passphrase but I think I tried that before and Blackberry weren't having any of it.
This is one of the problems with technology - different companies use different words/phrases for the same bloody thing!
