Virgin media merge

I am still being charged by virgin media 7 months after the I was merged to o2. I am owed £350 and virgin media have been no help at all, I keep being cut off. O2 customer service hasn’t been much better, I get the same treatment. I never asked to be transferred. I was told I wouldn’t have to do anything, I believe the word they used was ‘seamless’. I’m pregnant and this is stress I don’t need I just want it resolved but I can’t even get someone to check for me. Absolutely disgusted with o2 and virgin. Has this happened to anyone else?

If you have a device plan, Virgin will continue to collect that.

Only your airtime switched to O2.
