Trying to bar phone

Trying to barr one of my numbers due to a lost phone but cannot get through to o2 at all. Chat keeps cutting me off and i have been on hold 3 times over the last 2 days for over 25 mins each time only to be cut off once i get through arrrgggghhh!!.....Please can someone from O2 respond to this as i have no other way of doing this and i need info from you for my insurance company. Thanks

You're Welcome.

I hope you get through as fast as possible.

Tip :

When you do get through they will imei block the phone and place an account bar on your account , and then send you a new SIM card out. You will need to re contact Customer Services to have that Account bar lifted before it (the new SIM card) will work.

As you're having such a problem getting through, just so that it's documented, you should report the loss to the police, and tell them that you are trying to contact O2, but you cannot get through. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Keep detailed records of all the times you have tried to contact O2 as you will need this for your official complaint when the next bill comes in......

the form failed yet you mark it as solution, you need to unmark it for users searching the same query.

he customer helpline is 24 hours for lost/stolen if you choose the relevant option.
