Other than when I tried to get a PAC from 3 (I practically had to beg and I thought the advisor was going to cry because he was losing a customer!) the customer service was fine.

I have also found 3's CS to be good, especially the Twitter / Facebook team. I also had no problem with O2's customer service.

Yes, they didn’t waste too much time dropping the O2 brand in Ireland, as this extract from their website reveals:
“We will soon be welcoming O2 customers into the Three family. You’ll see the O2 logo disappearing on the high street and online and start to be replaced by Three, but for you, it’ll be business as usual.”
