Is anyone else finding the support they are receiving in app, over the phone or via email a total waste of time?
send something you didn’t order and then expect you to pay special delivery to get it back.
they call and you can’t understand everything they are saying, you ask for changes to the account (change of address) they say it’s implemented and then send everything to your old address.
it disappears and then they have to investigate but hold you responsible.
send the wrong item anyway
don’t update your address when you point out it’s still the old address and you finally figure out how to change it yourself and then take the credit for it changing.
won’t send your order until they find the original they incorrectly sent but still charge your account!
couldn’t organise a p… up in a brewery!!
