I work in this industry and I can Sony Ericsson last few attempts of mobile phones are very unreliable and because of this the networks get angry customers even tho its not really the netowrks fault.
Software freezing and switcging off is the main problems, as well as keypad and touchscreen fault. Even camera faults.
Your an brave man to keep with Sony Ericsson at this moment of time. The C902 and C905 and K850i have been the worse reported faults for Sony Ericsson.
