Tonight i had a call from an Ammanford (Wales) number 01269 849592. Being a normal looking landline number i answered it but i struggled to hear the other person.

So i did a Google search and it would appear this is another ppi type scam only this lot are using Skype to cut down their own costs! !!!

Why oh why does the law allow this?

Hi piperdog123

They know loopholes and exploit them. 😞

I assume you've added the number to your blocked list.

Have you reported the offence to the relevant authorities?

Apart from charging a fee to take up a PPI Case which one can take up yourself for free, I'm not sure not being a trained law person if it's seen as a "scam" by legal authorities.

All depends if they deliver the goods as promised and don't hide extortionate fees and percentages in over complicated T&C's......

To be honest when these types of calls come in i answer them then say nothing. Its their phone bill.

But whilst i am strong enough to deal with them many are not. These companies call some people dozens of times. They are cretins.
