SIM Card not working, would like a new one (plus can't navigate website to request new SIM)

My SIM card is not working. Whatsoever. I've turned my phone (Galaxy S8+) off and on, reseated the SIM in my phone, and tested the SIM in another device which didn't work. The SIM in my other phone (iPhone 7) did work in my Galaxy S8+.

 

I've tried navigating the website to request a new SIM with the same number, however I feel like I'm going around in circles as I cannot literally find the section to request a new SIM.

Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

Alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Follow the instructions and pressing 7 still directs me to the MyO2 app and the automated call hangs up - I can't access the MyO2 app as I don't have WiFi.
