For the 3rd time in recent months I have attempted to used priority booking for concerts at The O2 in London.
In each case I logged in in plenty of time, was added to waiting room as soon as it opened and offered tickets shortly after the sale opened.
The problem is the only tickets on offer were rubbish. Seats high up and a long way from the stage. All other tickets were unavailable.
Today I logged into a competing ticket agent and using a fan code was able to buy exactly the tickets I wanted at face value.
What is the point of giving a priority service if you cant offer the best tickets to your clients.
Feeling very disappointed with your service.

The tickets that are offered to the customers are not decided by O2, they are decided by the concert promoters.
