Yesterday, I sent a PAC code to transfer my old number to my new SIM card. When I did that, I was told that it would take one working day as long as it was before 5pm, which it was.
However, I've just received an email which says it won't be done until May 9th.
This seems ridiculous to me and a poor way to start off with a new customer

Thanks : -) Yeah I realised that after I hit Enter.
The website led me to believe that I was starting a Customer Support live chat.
