PAC code (want to leave O2 and having trouble getting code)

I have now spoke with 3 different advisors on live chat and on each occasion have been put on hold for over 30 mins. while they transfer me to the correct department for my PAC code. Poor customer service....I'm sure if I wanted to upgrade my account I would be through to the correct department in seconds!!!
