Hi folks. I just signed up as a new customer and requester to port my old number using the PAC code provided by IDMobile (three network). The first time I tried this the system timed out and asked me to try again. The second time is said something like "The phone number entered cannot be transferred as it's already an O2 number." (I was a Giffgaff customer in the past if that's relevant.) Anything I can do now or is my 20 year old phone number lost forever??
