On hold to customer services

I have been on hold to customer services waiting for someone to answer.......still waiting with no available advisors online. What is going on ? This is not the customer service I expect.

Hi personal and froggy_joe

 

You do realise that you are calling at a peak time don't you? 5pm at the weekend isnt a time I personally would choose to call any company.

 

Try calling this week as early in the morning as you can and you will have a better chance of getting through.

 

But sadly this is a sign of things to come.

if you call 8pm  you will talk to customer service fast i done that before, live chat close 11pm hope this help slight_smile
