Please explain why i'm still in a queue for 45 minutes to cancel my contract?
How can a organisation that makes significant amount of money not hire enough staff to answer the bleeding phone!
SO frustrating.
The day we establish a law to enable customers to cancel on line will truely be a good day.
O2's underhanded tatics can not surely go on much longer.

I found that writing to O2 using the address on page 1 of this thread was the hassle free way of cancelling my contract, no need to hang on the phone or even speak to O2.
