Does anybody know who aree O2's roaming partner(s) is/are in Finland?

I have the phone set to "automatic" and it always finds Telia but this network seems to have substantial gaps in its coverage.

I've just returned from Finland and I was having similar problems with Telia FI. I got a good 4G signal, an R for roaming and a little X in the bottom right of the signal indicator. I did all the usual checks, and was unable to connect to anyone but Telia. Then later, in a different area of Finland, I managed to connect to DNA and it worked. So something's wrong and I suspect it's a problem with Telia

Via facebook, I had a conversation with someone at O2.

After the usual "try a different browser" "restart your phone" etc, They informed me that there was a roaming block on my number! Why? No reply.

Allowing the phone to automatically select a network I, like you, invariably got Telia. This didn't work. I had to manually select the DNA network to get things working.

In my case, this was the set-up I was using when everything went pear-shaped si it was removing the roaming block that fixed tghings for me. Still don't know why they blocked me in the first place.
