Time to upgrade my phone! Excellent - and there is a promotion, order a Pixel 7 Pro, you get a free Pixel watch (£330 value) so long as you do before the end of Monday October 17th.
So on Saturday Oct 15th I start the process and end up with an error on the web site before I can finalise the upgrade. Go into a store, I'm told.
Off to the O2 store on Sunday 16th - sorry. can't help you, try again tomorrow online and call O2 support.
Try again Monday 17th, no joy. Phone O2 - no joy but yes, we will honour your promotion. O2 support still unhelpful and told I have used the sign-in code too many times. Try again in 24 hours.
Tuesday - same result but this time no Pixel Watch - sorry, that promotion ended Monday even though for 3 days I have been trying to do the very simple act of an upgrade.
Would love to escalate this but not sure it will even be worth it. Loyal customer thoroughly p'ed off!
