Since it doesn't say how long it's likely to be, there's no way of knowing how long it'll be disrupted for.

However, my crystal ball tells me no more than a couple of hours.

Was hoping an O2 techie was bored, and could give an update. It's been down a while now. Just annoyed that O2 can't give an estimate of when it'll be back up ...

This seems to be happening more and more recently. I know they have given the site a big make-over but I would have thought all the bugs would have been eliminated by now. You don't mind so much if it's not the main sites such as 'My O2'. Come on O2, please sort it.
