I have been unable to login to my O2 webmail. It has been working fine up to quite recently.
Not a major problem now, as I have redirected all my email from O2 to SKY. However, still very annoying and of couse, no notification received from anyone (as per usual).
Are there any 'experts' out there who can can give me any information ?

O2 webmail has been closing down for the past 2 years. It seems from the number of posts on here this week they may be shutting down more clients. We have been recommending to anyone with O2 webmail to move to another email provider asap...

If my webmail has been shut down can I retrieve it? I have emails on there I need to get to!!!!

Some people have been able to log in after a few days so all is not lost yet. If you can retrieve your emails then sort yourself out with a new provider. I can recommend GMAIL despite the worries about privacy issues.

Please contact customer service about this. They can see what is going on with the account you have been using.
Some webmail accounts will remain active for a certain period (depending on if a member has a now migrated broadband account), so talking to customer service is the best way ascertain each members' individual situation.
