OK outdoors. Patchy indoors. Not good for mobile broadband.

This is all rubbish, I have not had more than 2 days out of the last 5 when I could get a signal (2G) outdoors and only 1 day in the last month I have has any kind of a signal indoors, and even then it was very intermitent, and this is nothing new, the village I live in is like a mobile blackhole, it doesn't matter what network people are on, we are all suffering the same problems.

Can I ask if you checked out the coverage of o2 before deciding to adopt it.

For example when I choose a new network I get hold of some payg sims and test them out.

If feel the mast status is not correct you can challenge the reading by speaking to o2.

Have you tried sim swapping to a new one to see if that helps.

I hope you regain service so you can get back to enjoying using your phone.

What? No, never heard of any of that. I have been with O2 for about 5 years this time around ( had a brief couple of year on T-). I have only lived in the village I am in for just over 13 months now, I checked the coverage of all the networks when I moved here and they were all the same, crap. Like I say, it's not just me on o2 that has very poor coverage it's everyone in the whole village whatever network they are on.
