No access to Network

Hello. My phone says 'No access to network' which has never happened to me before. Is there an issue with o2's network? Anyone else with this problem? Or is it something to just do with me?

I can't even ring o2 to tell them! Any advice?

Me too, Amanda in Birmingham, I was on brink of throwing my nokia against the wall, I ain't been able to text since 6pm & only discovered it was calls too when someone on facebook said what's up with the phones? No calls or texts in or out. Ridiculous! I've been trying to dump someone by text since 6pm - hmmmm. Maybe its a sign?! lol :mansurprised:

O2 should put a banner on the front page informing customes of the network problem,
most wont know to come to the forums for the answers to the problem we are all having. do the RIGHT THING o2 and get that banner up ASAP.

and i thort 3 was bad at CS.

I have an email address for a complaints manager at O2 if anyone would care to message me for it... I emailed him in Feb about the silly hours that customer service were open and he came back with some crap reply..

trying to dump some one by text is spineless. glad you cant have your wicked way perhaps the person your tryingto dump will see this and dump you in person.

i think the best service is here! so they should cut some people who takeing alot of moneys and do nothing when we need help .... we paying for this "customer service" salary.

This outage is down to a major power failure which is affecting both cellular and data services... it is also affecting some elements of service provided by other operators.

Unfortunately this is outwith O2s control, but as it's a pretty major outage - I'm sure it'll be fixed fairly quickly. It's unfortunate it happened shortly before the call-centres were closing...

Er, excuse me, Xpath - you dont kow me to comment on my situation! FYI - We always communicate by text, we never call each other and he is the one who has treated ME badly!!! He ain't my boyfriend,****!!!
