Hi.
I've been reporting my missing Blue Monday prize emails since mid November (when I used to receive them right after winning). They are not showing in the junk folder, which I check regularly. By the time any codes have been investigated and sent to me, the campaign has closed, so I cannot use them.
I just won something from KIND today. Still no email received. I can't reply to the person who was dealing with my missing prizes before to let them know (as I'm getting an error message saying that their profile is not open to private messaging), so I've now created a topic. Please investigate this for me O2.

Dave has not been replaced and the Community is in limbo. We only know there will be changes, but what is only guesswork
