Over the past few days we have had some brilliant App guides posted. As they were new posts I found them

easily and indeed have downloaded one of them (I know!..ME....who would have thought it?)

On a serious note however, I just wonder where the forum plans to store these guides?

I feel if they are spread about they may well be 'lost' within forum threads

Apps are an important feature to many users and as such I feel they should have their own section where

ALL of the app guides are available and easy to access.

I just wonder what @Anonymous and @Toby (and others of course) feel about this?

Hi @Cleoriff

A valid point.

Those you mention and some from not too long ago written by myself and other members should either be stickied or placed in an easy to find section for new and existing members to use.

That said I'm hoping that a reply to a members post just is not with a copy and pasted link, as to me that feels cold and unwelcoming.

I agree @Cleoriff they all need to be kept together. All the information is available on the main O2 website but the difference being that the app guides are written by customers for customers.

And you have really just 'said it all' @Anonymous

You mention 'some not along ago written by myself and others'...If you hadn't said that, I would have had

NO idea that others had been written!

I think we have a responsibility to make access to these guides as easy as possible for all.

I have been a member for over a year and had no idea they existed.

I would hate to think that the hours of work put in by members disappeared into the forum 'ether'

I honestly think they deserve their own section.

Thanks Rich. All in one section, easy to find (even for me) and should be of great help to all members

Problem solved

@Cleoriff Indeed we have a plan - this is one of the reasons for the redesign  Please bear with us, it's going to take some more time.

@Anonymous

Thanks for your reply. Its great to know there is a plan.

However yesterday @MI5 started this thread...

http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/Index-of-Help-Topics/m-p/638349/highlight/true#M11305

and this seemed a brilliant way of keeping the guides together and easily accessible.

My concern was, that if these guides were split as such, then it would be much harder for everyone to find

them
