I have been away for the weekend and I did have my phone and tablet with me. Access to the forum was slow and full of issues. Back home now and using PC and these problems still remain ...

* Taking ages to accept my login details

* Moving from tab to tab painfully slow

* Timing out before you are able to post

* Worse than that....typing a reply to someone with loads of relevant links..and connection times out again!

(Not even sure this will post if honest)

* Posting pictures is problematic

*I just attempted to post a reply to a new topic. pressed 'post' and I was directed to login again slight_frown

It's not the unread post list I'm talking about.
I mean when you click on a post it is supposed to take you to last unread post not the last in the thread.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No change for me there either. I'm talking about when you click on the thread itself. You see in your image you have three unread posts on the O2 Travel changes. Clicking on the top link would normally take you to the first of the unread posts by @chrisymon as you would expect. But now it takes me to the post I click on and I have to scroll back to find the first new post.

Yes I get that now. You are right.

Regardless of what unread post you clicked on it used to take you to the last one you had read. Now it just takes you to the last post and you have to scroll back to check whether you have actually read them all...

I've tried chrome on PC and mobile and safari on mobile - all the same.

Add to that @Toby the site is running very very slow. It's easy to blame WiFi as I am in Spain but others are saying the same. Additionally other sites I use are loading normally using the same Wifi connection here..so it's definitely O2...

I actually don't have a speed issue but the additional page reload does vary in time.
Sometimes it's instant but others up to 10 secs later.
