can anyone advise if they have a similar problem , 4 months unable to use my phone now so paying for what !

The 28/1 I first reported having a useless phone due to a mast being down in my area and it’s affecting lots of people just look on the Tenterden Facebook page ! I’m paying for a phone I cannot use unless people trying to contact me have an iPhone or have WhatsApp which a lot of my friends and family don’t ! My parents have a landline and are unable to contact me unless via email which is completely unacceptable . I have found out other people in the area have had credit back to their account so I would like to know when will my account be credited as it’s been 4 months ! I will also be leaving O2 come the end of my contract as my Partner on 3 has full signal ! I look forward to your response

Repairs can take months - you may have to approach O2 to see if you qualify for a goodwill payment, but nothing in their terms and conditions guarantees a working signal in any location or for any length of time, @Coops2.

Let the Social Media team of O2 know, the links for them are in the single page linked just below this post - I have heard the Instagram folks respond quickly, but Twitter can take a few days via Direct Message.  No experience of Facebook side of O2 wrt to response times etc.

You should let them know when it started and how long it has affected you so they can determine if any goodwill payment can be made, as your neighbours seem to have done. Good luck!

Wifi Calling should help you at home.

Both of the networks I use have WiFi Calling turned on permanently

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
