Live Chat is busted.. after about 20 attempts to refresh and try again, it's still busted, so i lost all hope of ever contacting o2 through it. What is o2's email address?

You need to call them as it's better than live chat, all the contact options are at the foot of the page.

We have had many people having the same problem with Live Chat over the last few days...(about it not connecting) Maybe @Toby could let us know if this has been identified as an issue?

Live chat is ok for simple basic queries but in honesty it's best to call customer services.
