worst company ever , Vodaphone have better deal and better customer service want to get the truth about how much your phone bill will be then don't belive a word this lot tell you . Go on line and get a real tarrif Im stuck with this lot they can't even get my name right RIP OFF 02 they are crooks

I have been with 02 for about 5 yeras plus , the covarage is very good , the billing system is a joke, they are still after 5 Years calling me Nicky I have tried changing this for years no louck , my 02 bill Unl Calls Unl Text and 3 GB data was sold to me as the best package for me , that was a lie , and just a way to make commission , my bill is usally around £60 a month somtimes £75 the same package with Voda phone would cost me around £24.00 per moth my partner has spent £96.00 in the last 4 months I have spent £240 I use my phone less than she does , 02 YOU ARE A RIP OFF , making far too much money , you have charged me for apps I have not had calls that should be free and your tariff stinks I caught in a contract until Sep so no choice but to stay until then but boy will I be posting some ****** about your customer service and your RIP OFF tarif . by the way my name is Peter you idiots

02 Have me on a RIP OFF contract for the next 6 Month and want £159 to let me go well its worth staying because I will post FB , Blog , and Message boards for the next 6 months 02 YOUR TOO EXSPENSIVE you have me on a deal that you told me £32.00 a moth would be every thing I need to spend My bills are £60 , £70 a month very month YOU LIED to me Vodaphone is far better Far cheaper. my partner and I swaped phones for a month her bill on my phone £55 My bill on her phone £19.00 last 1/4 I paid you £250 she paid £91 YOUR HAVING US ALL OVER mate , this )" is a RIP OFF , cant get out of my contract for 6 months so you will get this for the next 6 Month on your FB and all over social media POWER is the media is it worth the £156 you holding me too ...... I dont think so been with 02 for 5 years YOUR A RIP OFF

And yet the tarifff you were sold ie Unlimited texts and calls and 3 GB data WAS the best one for me.

However, it was my choice as to whether to accept it or not. I did look at other tariffs from other networks and nothing compared to that. Different people have different needs so it really is up to the individual to shop around. . As said, make a complaint by all means but without access to your account we would have no idea of why you exceeded your tariff...

The problem will be with premium rate calls and MMS etc which are all clearly stated as not included in unlimited allowances.
A short time taken to understand the contract can save so much stress and frustration further down the road.
