Insurance claim

Just claimed on my O2 Insurance for a damaged phone. Put on hold by Cust services for 5 mins waiting for the Ins dept to pick up and complete claim form?? - They didn't so CS had to complete for me, like it was a favour! Now waiting for 72hrs for an "outcome". I've got no ref no' had no confirmation - AND GOT NO CONFIDFENCE .....Am I alone?

if you have a bank account i think its better to use the insurance on that than o2 and you get a better deal.

To be honest, since o2 have changed insurance groups, I think it has gone terribe. However, i like your confid fence.
