I've just spoken with an o2 person who was very helpful and I'm not blaming them (far from it). It appears that after o2 "upgraded" their systems recently if you want to see the VAT element on your bill then this can only be done by reverting to paper format bills. If true, I wonder how long it will take o2 to wake up and realise the monumental retrospective "upgrade" they've done! Perhaps, not until they see a huge increase in the print and paper costs when so many of their customers will be asking the same question.

@Marmaduk3H

I think that this issue has probably been solved by now as you have posted on a thread from last November !

I am not sure but I think that it might be possible to download VAT invoices from MyO2 ; there was a thread a day or two ago about downloading them and saving them as pdf files. 👍

The Device Plan, as a Credit Agreement, is a bit different, requiring the plan to be settled before O2, apparently, can give you a Vat invoice.

And the Vat bill from your MyO2 now looks like:

Good luck, @Marmaduk3H.
