How to delink one of the accounts from MyO2

Anonymous
Not applicable

My daughter is now handling her own account but it is still linked to my MyO2.

Is it true the only way to get this resolved is to register a complaint?

I have rung CS once, been told they had done it but it is no different,

It does seem strange that you can't do it.
I'm not sure what the logic is.....?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Why remove the option in the first place? After all it isn't compulsory that you have to register to My O2.
