I have Gmail on my mobile and use it only to get emails from O2 (to topics I have posted on)

Up till yesterday morning all working fine. It's still working now but emails are coming in with a changed format

For instance....yesterday morning my emails were displayed like this...

Normal/Usual format

From yesterday afternoon they changed to this....

So when I investigated this red question mark this is what it told me...

Totally confused by this. I have been using Gmail for O2 notifications since last November with absolutely no issues....so why now am I being presented with a question mark as if gmail is no longer recognising O2 as a genuine site?

You asked weeks ago about you noticing an exclamation mark against o2 emails in gmail. It's just an extension of the same.
You can mark the domain as trusted and it will stop but as with all changes it will take a while for the servers to learn the changes.

Hi guys,

Have you followed the above advice and the issues persists? Thanks for including this @MI5

Totally missed this post yesterday @MI5. There has been a slight change now. All emails are coming in as before (without  a question mark) Only when I click to read, does the ? pop up and only on a few emails....So seems to be as you said and gmail is again trusting the site. Slowly but surely...Thanks

No probs, as more people mark it as authentic it will learn and respond.
