Feedback for telephone agent Njabulo

After experiencing drawn out troubles with my phone and experiencing negative service from my local O2 shop and other O2 telephony agents (poor oversees line, getting cut off, language issues)

I must express my gratitude to Njabulo Malloy for his excellent customer service with getting my issue resolved and determined helpfulness. Another phone agent called Paul was also very good. A big Thank you to Njabulo and Paul for all your great work & assistance.
