Excell Communications?

I just had a strange phone call from a company called excell communications asking if I was happy with 02 and if I wanted to change my tarrif. Not sure if this company is actually linked with 02 so I didn't discuss the matter further. Has anyone else had these phone calls or knows if it genuinely is from a company working on behalf of 02?

quickest way is to google the name, if there are other forums discussing it, you'' find out quickly who they are and what thier deal is! Also use the search button in this forum, although i dont recall hearing the name before.

As far as I am aware they are an independent business provider for the SME market. Think CPWH without the shops. They operate across multiple networks, not just O2. I would think they are fishing, but I might be wrong.
