Solved: Door swap

Ive arranged for a door swap for my faulty s6 but I work full time and am unlikely to be at home when it arrives. Does anyone know how these are despatched, can they be arranged for a specific day / time?

I know a door stop swap involves you or someone being at your address for the courier to complete the swap. Its very doubtful they will do this at weekends. As said by @Bambino you should contact customer services and see if a specific date to suit you both can be arranged.

They would have told you when they are coming and it will be up to you to arrange to have someone available - you can do it at your work address too if easier?
