Hi people.
I've tried chatting to o2 about this but I seem to be getting passed from pillar to post without getting an answer.
When I'm trying to change my plan I get a pricing error when I go to checkout. My contract runs out next month and I'm moving over to sim only. The price of the sim only deal is £5.99 per month (from USWITCH) + £7.99 for Disney plus, and it says I'll receive a £2 discount per month, which shows on the first page (total £11.98). However, when I go to checkout it removes the £2 and shows £13.98 - does anyone have an answer as to why this is? I have had Disney+ as part of my extras for a few years and always received the discount.
Thank you!
